Storm Surge performs a swatting
this may sound stupid
but
whats a swatting

oh hey I made a new page
I claim this page for my own stupidity
also since I should add something: Is it like, calling in a SWAT team or whatever I really don't even know

don't do that please
But to answer your question, a swatting is when you call the police and leave an anonymous tip that someone has either murdered someone or is holding someone hostage or something and they send in SWAT teams to either arrest the murderer or do something that involves ratatata bang bang bang shooting. (Its better if you hear it from someone else, honestly)

In this case, Storm Surge called the police and accused Anthony and Akio of murder (i think) and they sent in SWAT teams to arrest them (even though they did nothing. they weren't arrested, btw) and both Anthony and Akio did something about it (i forgot that Anthony also pressed charges and stuff). When this thread was made, Storm Surge was caught (but, like i said, wasn't arrested, just simply warned, which is literally bullstuff)

Welp, I guess he'll regret that stuff when he's 22, after he's served time. Hope he enjoys the prison food.

And hope he doesn't drop the soap.

._.

is this not attempted murder

press charges
It's technically considered domestic terrorism, and the sentences are usually p heavy.

I don't think I'm going to push this any further for the sake of him being 12 and the fact that his parents are probably going to restrict him from using a computer for the next 10 years.

if he has level 100 stealth then we're forgeted
they should probably take his computer and throw it into a fire or sell it before storm surge uses it again if he hasn't already
actually, they should make him sit in a room with nothing in it at all, except for his bed, his ceiling fan, his lights, and that's it, for a buncha years.

Still don't believe this is storm. That definitely wasn't a 12 year old

I really damn well object to the way you phrased this line, because it sounds like you know jackstuff.

All NPCs in Gamebryo use the same base class and all have the same states (idle, patrolling, dialogue, death etc). Children have a death state, but because they have the "Essential" flag set, it can never be reached, hence why the animators didn't code any specific death animations or physics sets and so they end up doing the weird stretching (which is the default behaviour for standard adult NPCs which have bones stretched out since they're taller and wider).

They didn't write code to cut child killing out. They simply set a flag that stops their health decreasing. "Children" are using the same package as every other NPC in the Wasteland, and simply disabling a flag will make them the same as every other NPC.
I never said they wrote code to cut out child killing. I said they never implemented child death into the engine (they never allocated its own physics and death animations) or they never actually planned on having any children die in the entire engine. Trust me, I've had my quality time with the GECK

Path proves once again that he never knows what he's talking about
I love how at the drop of a loving hat you're ready to stuff on me, even though Job was essentially saying the exact thing that I was saying, only worded better.

Yeah, it really doesn't make much sense. However, a 12 year old living in the same state and having the same first name that Storm Surge claims confessed to these swattings. It seems like the only feasible reasoning for the age confusion was just an elaborate fake personality that nobody had considered before.

Its not a matter of fake personality. The dude in that call wasn't 12. There also isn't any indication of a voice changer
