Also, somebody doesn't "literally" have the lowest ID if they have to disinclude two IDs lower than theirs.

Because IDs 0-99 are only reserved for staff members so they don't count. They are unobtainable through normal means.

If you have ID 100 you are literally the first loving person (not counting staff) to own Blockland, so yeah you're literally the first and lowest.
