So i've learned that my problem is in fact PSU related, however, my monitor has a voltage of 17.199 volts, and my charger has an output voltage of 19.5 volts, so why would it just suddenly be causing this? It's worked for the several months or so that i've had it, and nothing has happened to it in that time span

I guess i should also mention that i have as much luck with laptop chargers as i do laptops, but my chargers usually end up with a short in the wire that plugs into the laptop, which isn't the case here, the pack doesn't get abnormally hot, and it's charging at the same rate as always, so it can't be under or over performing...
