I think for adults it should be 18, but for teenagers, maybe 15.

I'm not saying it's ok for 15 year olds to forget each other, what I'm saying is that a 15 year old shouldn't be labelled as a love offender for fooling around with someone their own age.

Hm, well this is a dubious topic considering the many varied views on loveuality, and also loveual experience that we gain through hindsight and time as adults. My opinion is something like Florida's Romeo and Juliet laws mentioned earlier. When children begin to reach loveual maturity we should teach them about the rules of safe-love and how a baby is made, endorsing the use of condoms and birth control, sparing no details, being polite and caring with a sense of firmness. Children that have not reached loveual maturity are completely illegal while children going through puberty are allowed more leniency in their age group, while anyone who is of legal adulthood or older is not allowed to have any loveual relations with anyone under the age of legality. Anyone feel free to critique my views.
