Author Topic: I might die.  (Read 2779 times)

Well, as some know, a category 4 hurricane is striking Florida tomorrow afternoon/night.
I would have had a chance of surviving, but my mom did a stupid.
None of our windows are taped/boarded.
We have canned sardines & artichoke.
mom has friends over.
She thinks it's a loving party.

Anyways, I'm clearing out a room in my closet which has a metal door for myself, and hopefully mom does the same in her room.
but, judging from how things are, we will not make it.
This may be my last forum post (Finally, right...)
toodle-oo.

id like to say you're overreacting but i don't know

sadly there's nothing i can do if this is legit... i wish you safety

OP trust me you're most likely not going to die. How long have you lived in Florida?

The damage level you will receive depends on on where you live in Florida. I live inland about 25 miles from the east coast just south of Jacksonville. I'm gonna be fine. In fact some of our close family friends are coming over to stay with us during the hurricane because their houses are on a lower elevation and closer to the coast.

We're gonna have a hurricane party :cookieMonster:

holy stuff this hit me as hard as hurricane matthew's gonna hit florida

hmm well maybe you wouldn't die if you didn't live so close to the water now would you?

Didn't have shutters for Katrina, not going to bother with Matpat.

You'll probably be fine.

This is God's punishment for you living in Florida

Is he going to plague Florida with dumb theory's?

i know a kid named matt. ill tell him to stop

Why is everyone acting like this hurricane is more torrential than others? We've had a few more severe ones on the atlantic in the past decade, what makes this one more threatening? it's like some of you have never been in a storm before
