People keep posing the argument of "without the college, larger states will rule everything"
I understand the argument. I just don't agree with it.
The college basically gives my vote a stronger weight than the vote of someone in a larger state, like CA or FL.
But I don't believe my vote should be stronger that of a larger state's citizens
And I don't buy into the argument of protecting small towns, because the president isn't there to look out for individual small towns. For that, you have Congresspersons looking out for their districts. Individual districts elect their own Senators and Representatives to give them representation in Congress. No single man/woman (president) is going to be able to represent every district
I can't tell if you genuinely don't know how majorities work or what but I think you should know that 55.4% of eligible voters didn't even bother showing up the booth this year, so a majority of people didn't like any candidate
I'm not a fan of clinton either but you should probably work on your argument
I think it's pretty obvious that he meant "52.1%
of voters"
