If you, as an uneducated privileged person, dismiss someone else's problems, the only thing you're actually doing is contributing to oppression. This goes both ways. If someone tells you your opinion doesn't matter, they're technically oppressing you. When radical feminists say all men should die, they're oppressing the entire male gender actively.

Not really. Oppression has degrees as well. There's no threshold that you have to reach in order to be oppressing someone. If you stop someone from exercising their rights, if you tell them they cant do something because of who they are, if you insult them, attack them, physically abuse them, etc. you are an oppressor.
