Author Topic: Bullstuff interview questions keep me from getting offered jobs.  (Read 5916 times)

So far I've had 6 interviews and didn't get offered any jobs because I'm not a good bullstuffter. How do they not expect someone to answer something like "Why do you want to work here?" with something along the lines of "I need money." Is a salary not motivation enough? How is that a bad answer? When I'm asked questions like this, I'm expected to be able to bullstuff an answer and I can't do that.

 Because just money shows you'll jump at anything offering higher. You need to show some loyalty,  since you'll be an investment.

Everyone wants to work for money. Try harder

Learn about the company and basically just regurgitate their company goals and values from their website.

either that or you have something wrong with your resume or you smell bad

maybe don't apply for a job you have to bullstuff your way through

work as a slave. or as i like to call it, "indentured servitude"

 they'll take you for free, no standards. con: you don't get paid.

you need to elaborate on your answers to other questions because I think there is something else going on here

Most commonly I'm asked

"What are your weaknesses?"

"Do you have any previous job experience?"

"Why should I hire you?"

With such impressive answers like this I'm surprised every company doesn't want to hire you

Like I said, I can't bullstuff if my life counted on it.

how do you answer those

maybe you just need to put more effort into it and seem like you actually want the job, not criticizing you as this isn't the easiest thing when you are applying to a minimum wage paying job

they undoubtedly get many many applicants
