Author Topic: Bullstuff interview questions keep me from getting offered jobs.  (Read 5721 times)

OP you're not going to have luck in life doing anything if you're going to be a spineless pusillanimous individual

Most data entry jobs require prior experience, if not in data entry, then at least prior work experience.
Only retail and food preparation do first time hires.

Anyways, unless you've got high-up connections, this is something everyone goes through. Only the top 10% don't have to deal with it.
Well OP has shown that he's not willing to be flexible so he might as well shoot for the stars and have more of a chance at those jobs.  If you enroll at a temp agency, you can get these jobs easier in the short-term, and if the employer likes you, then you may have your contract bought out, and if not, then you now have experience in data entry and can apply from there.

I just feel sort of alone. Hell, my actually autistic friend scores his first time and every other lazy person in school

To any normal person this is a wake up call

Autistic people are typically more versed in certain skills, but it's their social element that is lacking primarily.

Right, I always forget Temp Agencies are a thing. I always hated the idea of taking on a temp job. Too much uncertainty.

jobs go to those shamelessly willing to lie on their job application

at the expense of your dignity anyway
this only gets you so far

i guarantee you on a higher skilled job they will throw you one hell of a curveball and you wont get past it via lying because a lie got you that anti-lie question in the first place.

Bruh you have to bullstuff and just say what they wanna hear

And for the What are your weaknesses you dont actually want to tell them your weakness. You want to tell them a strength so strong it could be considered a weakness

Like that you pay too close attention to detail you'll find yourself spending too much time making things look/seem perfect

i used that exact response people love that stuff

seriously though, fake it till you make it at the very least. exploit capitalism or else it will exploit you, comrade.

when they ask why they should hire you say "why should i work for you?" and then bend them over the table and take them to poundtown to display your authority over them
instant job

thanks for the advice, I don't know how I'm gonna remember this stuff in case I get another interview

OP go for trade jobs. They will hire you at entry level and they're usually hurting for people. Look into plumbing & HVAC. Good pay and experience and a hands-on job that isn't incredibly complex
