Why should I have to "Roll with the punches"?
Because this is just gonna keep happening and happening; Thot Patrol (or just any persistent problem user, really) has their fun, someone complains, a ruckus is caused, ruckus dies down, nothing happens, nothing changes, rinse and repeat
What about all the other users that actually got stuff for acting handicapped? Why does Toxicology get some sort of magical special pass? If it's because "he's been around for a while, we're used to it" is your only explanation, then that makes even less sense. If anything, people would dislike him more for not changing, but instead "because it's toxicology" it's fine?
Because unlike those guys, Grimlock, Torin, and several other persistent problem users have more than enough money and persistence to keep coming back to do what they do, so that doesn't mean that they're getting a pass or that "It's X so it's fine", it's really just what we have to put up with until Badspot decides to intervene, but even then, Badspot himself would have to deem whether or not the person is worth banning, and not because of thousands of people reporting that person said he should (which was the case with Grimlock's patton360 account)
There's literally nothing we can do about it aside from blocking them, they're not gonna suddenly decide to change their ways just because people told them how awful they are
