uh I'm gonna need to see that build
I haven't tested it all just yet but it can survive most things thrown at it based on my research and what I have seen from other people (other than games atm because I don't have a proper graphics card yet)
i7-7700k @ 4.2GHz (got it on amazon for $299 on sale woo)
3TB Seagate
Samsung 960 EVO Series M.2 SSD @ 250GB - Writes speeds at 3GB/s (much faster than SATA)
Cryorig H7 Tower Cooler (for CPU)
MSI Gaming Z270 Pro Carbon
SeaSonic 650W 80 Gold
G.Skill NT Series 8GB (this is where some programs you use struggle here but I don't use that much RAM right now)
and then a GTX 1000 series that'll be around $200-300 that can play pretty much any game, decent games at max graphics - for 3 monitors at 4k, good luck that'll be very expensive but I only need 1 or 2 monitors and this system will do fine (not at 4k)
That's why I said it can mostly handle things thrown at it. Those programs you listed can do pretty well even with these current specs (minus fl studio if you do tons of editing since the current RAM on mine won't suffice).
