The assumption that "all laws are moral and just" is exactly what gives rise to tyranny, and any complacency toward it is to legitimize any kind of abuse of power and pay advancements in democratic ideals and institutions disrespect. Any person saying that "all laws are moral and just" is either the instigator in tyranny or is either willfully oblivious or apathetic to the forms of tyranny that govern the failed states of this world.

in this case though catalonia is flagrantly violating a constitution that they agreed to by a 95% affirmative vote (second highest in the nation just behind the canary islands) less than 40 years ago. they were already given the privilege of autonomy and their own parliament within spain (which is itself very decentralized relative to most european countries)
