hillkill probably:
couldnt it had been a dog or something...poor kitty :(
but the fact that people are private investigating him is really awful too
Wrong. This forgeter did a crime, he should be investigateed and reported to the police. If I were a vigilante* I would give him the death sentence. If he does that to cats, and laughs at the cat's suffering, then imagine what he would do to humans.*note: I do not condone nor think vigilantism is a good idea, and only certain people are able to pull it off relatively well.
stuff like this makes me angry. related: a bird flew into a window at my school and some dude eating in the courtyard outside the window just started kicking the stuff into it until there was literally blood smeared against the wallthe worst part is that the kid decided his excuse was "putting the bird out of its misery" when it was literally just walking around after that

This is a great example of why vigilantism is illegal and will never be legal in the loving united states of america.Hurting a cat = public style execution. What kind of Dystopian world we live in where this idea is even plausible?
I mean why *shouldn't* it have the death penalty? Are you planning on smashing a cat any time soon?
We don't even have the death for committing murder on humans. Except in a few states. What makes it okay for the death penalty to be reinstated for cat murder?
