you are a security guard

you’re in your car parked in the back lot of the bank you work at. due to some insomnia last night you woke up way too early today and figured you might as well get some coffee and drive to work early. that would have been a good idea if it werent for the fact the damn coffee just gave you a headache, and you’re like a whole hour early.

bank policy says you cant start and end your shift early either, so right now you’re just trying to get over this massive headache and maybe catch a bit of rest. after a few minutes it starts to subside. unfortunately, gary, the night shift guard, comes out of the back door and knocks on your car window.

roll down the window and say "what are your rates"

oh stuff i remember this.

locate a nearby monday and beat them to a pulp

you ignore him, but he taps on your window again and doesnt look like he'll go away. you briefly consider killing him, but your sidearm and security guard equipment is in the trunk so you'd have to get out of the car anyways.

so instead, you roll down the window. before you can say anything he says "hey im just letting you know you got a flat tire."

you're fairly sure you didnt have one earlier, considering you managed to drive from home to the coffee shop and from there to work. and unfortunately you dont have a spare in the trunk. you do have a patch kit and manual pump though.

you get out the car and follow greg around to the back, where you see your rear right tire is completely flat.

Gary, Greg, same thing, we might as well call him g-man. examine the tire-- it is suspicious it suddenly went flat. Can we tell what caused the flat?

assert your dominance, your tire is not flat so you will fight to prove that it is not

kill him now that ur out of the vehicle

you take a closer look at the tire while your colleague stands by helpfully. it looks like some glass shards cut into your tire. there isn't any broken glass nearby though.

either way its too holey to repair with your patch kit. you take it out anyways, along with your sidearm, baton, taser, and handcuffs (you work for a big bank). might as well get ready for your shift.

gordon helpfully suggests you call for roadside assistance. or well, more like parking-lot-side assistance, but whatever. you consider killing him for a second, but you're not sure how exactly you'd do it. since its still <6am though, nobody will be triggering the alarm if a gunshot goes off. the bank manager and the tellers havent shown up for work yet. you're unsure if gordon has checked out of his shift though, it would cause suspicion if he disappeared without doing so.

stealthily steal money before the bank workers arrive, gotta get some money for our donut fund

you probably shouldnt kill him, he's probably pretty important since you're a SECURITY guard
