So, when I and my friend were playing on Thatcher's WW1 Trench RP, we were ordered to charge the enemy trench so we did, and apparently when I opened fire upon them, that is FRP but it is OK for them to open fire upon us and kill us.

Basically, when I shot them to kill them, it is FRP but when they do it to us, it isn't FRP.
He then bans me (and maybe my friend) for 2 hours for 'FRP'.

Not able to PM them in any form since they've blocked me on Glass, because I asked them to unban me once.

The ban was pretty much caused by this :
He tells us to charge in /event to the enemy trench.
We open fire as we move (Me and Salmon) since we're the only germans, I hit them /both in the head/ with my rifle.
Then when they open fire, the host says he 'peppered' Salmon up.
He then does the same for me in a way and then when I say 'but I show you both in the head with a 7.92mm rifle', he says 'alright I'm kinda sick of this FRP' then bans me.
