that's literally what it is, so yes.
In the most bare-bones literal sense, then yeah. But it's not murder or even unethical in my opinion.
I would figure you would be the most opposed to what's going on with this kid. There's ostensibly a soul inside of that badly damaged, deteriorating body. It was never nature/god's plan for this kid to be artificially sustained for years inside of a doomed, breathing corpse, and it's only the desperation and hubris of his parents and doctors that has prevented him from peacefully passing to the next life.
