What does the "a mesh must be in the other group" mean?

What does the "a mesh must be in the other group" mean?

that means if you have a mesh that has LOD 0, there must be another mesh with LOD 1 or plus in the model or else the first mesh will be visible in both tp and fp

for example, if you want a model visible only in first person, put just a tiny invisible cube on LOD 0 and your model on LOD 1

yeah alright i've come to a realization that it's stupid to not release this, i doubt i'll ever get around to actually finishing this
