the Little Joe is a overhead electric powered 2-D+D-2 406/546 8-GE 750-3300v engine that was intended for export to the soviet union and was first tested and built in 1948 in Erie, Pennsylvania. But due to the rise in anti-communist sentiments in the US in the 50s they were export banned and couldn't be sold to the Soviet Union for use on the Siberian Railway, this lead to them being made in a small batch of 20, and used in a small amount of spaces, 15 were used domestically while 5 were exported to Brazil.
It's essentially a giant E9A electric train the size of a UP Big Boy that was used on the Milwaukee Road and South Shore.
