What do we think of the feasibility of some kind of turret that can differentiate between wasps and bees and use a laser to blast their wings off mid-flight

ok nobody forgetin asked. but insect biodiversity is vital for plant pollination. honey bees alone (which are not even native to north america) will not pollinate a sufficiently wide variety of plants. wasps are an important example of non-bee pollinators. they're also ecologically significant predators. if you don't like roosterroaches, you oughta thank wasps

ok but what if wasps simply dont live within 2 miles of me
surely that would not impact the environment too much
