I fry my egg in butter, both sides. Just enough to cook the outside of the yolk on both sides. That way it's slightly firm to the touch, but not cooked all the way through, so the core of the yolk is still soft or even slightly runny. Add a dash of salt, pepper, onion power, and garlic pepper, topped with a slice of your favorite cheese (I also like to sprinkle a very tiny bit of paprika on mine for some zing)
make it a sandwich on toast with mayo, ketchup, and a small drop of country bobs original all purpose sauce. best egg sammich ever!
