Gear up, start raiding, get more gear! Make sure you have a good talent build, though.

Pretty much gear is your only goal at this point, unless you want achievements (which, coincidentally, includes achievements for getting gear.)

It is too damn easy to gear up. My lock is already 4.6k GS and I pulled 2nd in DPS in VoA 10 today even though my guys hit rating is WAYYY too high atm. He has 607 hit rating atm it is ridiculous. Got my level 251 T10 gloves from VoA but can't put them on yet or I lose the 10% pet crit from my T9 :(
