Can I be a fire mage and have all the arcane skills too? My bro said yes. Hes a palidin. I want Arcane but I like Fire? Does choosing fire as a talent make it more powerful? Can you have other talents too? Please help and fast.

I still think just an attack would be funner.
Nobody is going to do it though

There are flying guards now...
It's not like they see stuff or anything like that

I need to know about to select talents.

Basically if you pick a talent does it restrict you to those skills?

I always thought of how cool it would be to gather up a stuffload of Horde and go attack an alliance city.  I'm sure it has been done tons of times but it would still be epic.

Going to Stormwind now to do a quest I got in the middle of Kalimdor. Dumb. Oh well, I can auction stuff off now.

EDIT: And now I'm going back. The forget. This isn't exactly convenient.

Because you said you're a mage I'll use mage as an example.

Talents are purely beneficial, picking a talent tree will not RESTRICT you from anything. Every talent tree has 1 ability and 1 or more passive abilities associated with it from the start. For example frost comes with the spell Water Elemental and Frost Specialty. The only way to get Water Elemental and the other 2 talent abilities is through talents so you can only have one.

Once you have chosen a talent tree you can invest talent points into that tree. Depending on what you put these talents in you will get bonuses (which are almost always associated with that talent tree's abilities). For example there's a frost talent (Fingers of Frost) which has a chance to trigger on any spell that applies a chilling effect. Once it triggers, you get to cast Ice Lance instantly.

How the loving hell do I get out of this loving gnome santa form stuff?

If its a spell you casted on yourself right click on the appropriate icon to the left of your minimap.

You get it from that machine.

Right click... or left on the buff.

It's a buff. Right click the buff.

I want to make another character but I have no idea what to make it. Someone give me a combo.
