You COULD goto your WoW folder > realmlist.wtf ( open in notepad ) > change it to set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com > ???? > profit!

However, you'd need a new account... :/

Also about the time, with the new patch the clock gets alligned with the server time AND your time as well. It also has a stop watch feature.
