You can really do whatever the hell you want to when your turn comes. Just don't screw up too badly. I also forgot to say in the log that I almost drowned a dwarf after using the irrigation system for the first time. The plan now is to direct the water back into the brook with a pump.

Be careful with waterfalls, I didn't have enough grates in the floor one time and my meeting hall flooded, now the rotting corpses of a mother and her baby are making miasma which is upsetting my idlers.

I would love to join in, can you put me at the end of the waiting que?(I would like to go last so I can get more experience in my own fortresses so I don't screw up too badly come my turn)

U-bends create infinite water pressure (Dwarf fortress has water pressure, read on it here), so you can flood reservoirs with a simple U bend.

Wouldn't that technically flood the map. Also it says infinite water, not pressure.

A pretty boring day this was. At the beginning I built a pump but have not used it yet because I am afraid of flooding the fortress. I noticed how strong my miner has become.

Then came the kobold theives, at least four, maybe five of them in one season!

The rest of the season was spent digging out a possible stockpile zone and starting a tunnel from the workshops toward the fortress. And my turn ends. I wish the best of luck to my successor, Monty. The time is 1st Granite, 1054, Early Spring.

there are 3 miners now? Sweet, putting them to work and doing some Explatory mining would be a good idea, then you'll eventually have 3 super dwarves at your disposal.
