Holy stuff anyone can model 2x4s and throw them into GMod.
Dude, I can't even play Gmod anymore. My graphics card is Direct X 7 :D I'm getting a new laptop next month though.
Reality time!
All you have done, is make a rectangle, with 8 bobbles on top, and put it into Half-Life, and named the window ProjectA. How does this "look" like crap? It genuinely is. I don't think I have to explain how wrong you are about it having potential either. Why don't you do a stress test like Badspot did with retail, and lets check out the framerate you achieve.
Oh I like this post.
Nice job ignoring most of what I said. Havn't I already stated that the models are my fault? Actually, the only thing wrong with the models is the collision mesh and some bad normals. How about you look at the bricks when beta2 comes out?
Stress testing just for you Ephi :D
My computer gets about 17 fps on the map without anything besides the .bsp and the viewmodel mor the gravgun.

Now with loads of bricks spawned, near 200 or so (Enough to lag a Source mod like Sourceforts) I get around 10 fps. 260 faces on each block btw.

This is just the frame rate on my stuffty computer. If you don't beleive my computer is bad, I get around 0 fps on HL1:S

:D
1. whys their no textures?
2. they don't even fit together
@ ephi and framerate (i wanted to do it like this insted of quoting) :D
I don't know about everbody else but if i stack loads of things ontop of each other on gmod, my fps goes to about 3. i only get about 17fps anyway
(my pc is bad with the orange box engine :( )
1. There are textures, 6 or 7 different skins for each brick. But EP1 Source isn't wanting to find them :(
2. "Yeah, that's my fault. My complex collision meshes are very buggy :("
