Long post with a stuffload of my quotes, rambling about how it is the first of its kind for a lot of things. (I read the whole thing, and actually thought about it, so you don't post something stupid like "I bet you didn't even read my post.")
It is not the first of its kind with the technology it uses. It may be the first of its kind to actually use technology like that for a gaming console, but it isn't like Nintendo invented all of that stuff.
I realize that the Wii is the cheapest one out of the three, which explains the low quality of small things about it, and how fragile it is.
Small things like the speaker in the Wiimote, though, could be at least
slightly better. It sounds like they tore a speaker from the Game Boy Advance, made it a
little better, and then put it directly into the Wiimote.
[comparison]I also find it funny how you excuse Nintendo for doing many things that are "FIRST OF ITS KIND," while there is no excuse for people releasing low quality first addons.[/comparison]
