PS3 v.s. Xbox 360+wii

PS3 has sold more than 360 even though it had a head start and costs less so the 'everyone has 360' point isn't valid.

PS3 for 5 reasons:
1. 360 has resorted to copying the likes of Wii (think Avatars)
2. PS3 games can contain more content.
3. Blu Ray won the format war; so blu-ray player is useful.
4. More exclusive games.
5. It will undoubtedly last longer.

The PS3 will get cheaper once they release the slim version of it, or whatever they decide to call it. Once it gets cheaper more games will be made for it.

Also, everyone always forgets, maybe because they've never played it, but God of War is also a Playstation exclusive.

Xbox360 is cheaper but you have to pay for online and that will eventually cost more then the ps3 itself.

Yahtzee is right. It seems the reason for these pissy console wars is that you or your parents can't afford either both or all three (Plus Wii). So you have to hold on to the one thing you have and convince yourself that you made the right decision.

Pretty true. I have all three though, and I like the 360 the most.

Unless someone in power designated a person or group to decide what is better, I'm just going to say it's your own opinion. I use an Xbox 360, PC, and a Wii. That wont change.

I have the Wii at my mom's, 360 at my Dad's, and my Dad has a 360 and PS3 to himself. He lets me play his PS3 though.

Ironman, GTAIV has been released for Xbox 360 too, like GTA:SA has for the Xbox a few years ago. Not a legit arguement.

PS3 is better because if you play online a lot, then you save money because the online play is free, and the Xbox Live costs what? $50 a month? that's $600 a year, that beats the price of the PS3. so yeah, PS3 is expensive, but it's not as bad if you compare it to how much the XboxLive will cost you in the long run.
I'd rather save money in the long run than reduce the activities that I can do by $50 month
