Read through some of it, and it looks like EA won't be able to wiggle out of this one.  The case presented is solid.

I did cell on hard too.  Wasn't that hard, but challenging none the less.  Also found out you don't get to edit your creature if your creature is eaten by a giant creature while your creature is mating.
