You should blame the OS.

I too have crashes, but thanks to Vista it only crashes to desktop and nothing bad happens. Interestingly enough, the same crashing issues face Oblivion. Engine trouble?

Yup. Talon company is always after me. They shoot whenever I'm around, and I found a 'Contract: Kill Ghoul!' note that put 1,000 caps on my head. :/

I had Talon and Regulators attack me at the same time on the rivet city entrance way, so...

I didnt even do anything.. the security ran out, started blasting all of them, regulators and talon fought eachother and ya...

so what? i play with a 7300 and it still manages low with medium textures (27fps)
