No, but the Dreamcast really is awesome. However, the Dreamcast is something I'd likely forget when making a list like this, I certainly wouldn't forget to add a PSP option. It's the coolest portable system I've ever owned. And my GAMEBOYCOLOR (:D)  was pretty cool.
