It would be cool if your uploader script opened the description file and check the first word of the owner field to match the name registered to the uploader's BL_ID.

I expect I'll do it when I wake up in the morning. That way I can get it up in the low-usage hours to make sure everything runs smoothly with the small number of people using it. Plus I ran into another server config error which I'm currently fixing.

you should add "mail" to IRC.  Like, if someone is offline, or they are afk, you can send them mail that the will see when they come back.  Sort of like this forum's PMing.
