ok this lis the last post in the most noobish language in the world to describe plutonioum sheilds(ya reading this made me want to respond only once) ok here it is

plutonium sheild= a better looking rusty sheild
plutonium+some other metal=powerful version of the metal sheild


there, a simple 17 words. MOST any n00b understands that

So i just made a brass based plutonium emblemed gold outlined shield thinking it would freeze and confuse...

...still awaiting further tests.  as far as right now it's a whole load of horse shiet.

It doesen't have an effect right now... it doesen't poison enemies... the only thing it does is strengthen another metals effect.
