A quick Google search of scrum meeting... leaves me confused still. Don't have time to read up(but I can post here).

Fun idea though.

Oh we basically use a development technique where we meet once every 2 weeks (a sprint planning meeting) and decide on all the work we'll do in the next 2 weeks and this usually takes like 2-3 hours. Then every morning we have a scrum meeting where everyone in the team says what they did yesterday and what they plan to do today.

And sprint is the name of the two week development cycle. See here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrum_(development)
