Open the spawn menu and on the menu on the right side of the screen (the context menu), go to options and go to the 'Hiding' option and check 'Hide Physgun Beams'
Youtube it, it's a mod by Sakarias which makes the player into a ragdoll
There's also director's mod, that's a bit more complex however.

simple tutorial on it or link me to a good one? All the one's I've seen so far are to complicated. Preferably in text form.
