Hatless update broke HWM models

These were taken in Source SDK, it's also noticeable in Team Fortress 2

If Garry can work on getting the Portal 2 models into Garry's Mod like he did with Portal

It does, but the basics such as physics objects are preserved so props and models will always be available, even if buggy or hard to pose.

We also have gm_mount2 for when the source files are unlocked.

gm_mount2 became extinct for me when Garry's Mod updated recently

Yeah, latest update broke it. There is no real need for it. GMod will be updated VERY soon.

Dark Messiah doesn't get support built-in, I needed mount2 for those models :(

Forgot about that game. Also SiN can't mount, sad. Also, garry is having troubles getting portal 2 models in Gmod. :(

No. It's the model format. the format changed in alien swarm and this.
