I haven't seen any, i haven't seen any animating tutorials either, i know most people use stop motion, but i've seen videos where there's stop motion but other things are moving normally

Change it into a statue, putis it on the floor, change it back.

I just adjust the Ragdoll's torso to be lower until his feet touch the ground, then i adjust then from there
