Try finger posing next time though.
In the first one he's holding the gun quite weirdly. The second picture is good but his face is in the jacket alot, and also could use some finger posing. The third one is fine, but needs finger posing!

I really can't do serious poses. When i make a TF2 pic, it has a 9/10 chance of being rubberfruitish, then i have to delete all of it.
