Most of those style renders are just the render making it look pretty.

It definately has to be the Ray tracing in my case. Most of my materials use it.

is there a way using blender to write words ? and make the 3D like BOOM!?

or did you have to model each letter? :(

space>add>text.

go into modifier and increase the extrude.
You can then press alt c to convert it to mesh. If you want
