That is StratoFortresses model, I think. Know you didn't make it though.

I really hate people like you, judging books by their covers. *sigh* Why should I even bother to prove to you that the model is the result of my own hard work and not stolen from some obscure forum member? You're just going to disregard what I say and come up with some random fake evidence forcing me to post the .blend file so you can steal it and make it look like I stole it again.

Well, here goes.

Firstly, do you think this "StratoFortress" guy would prance around like a fairy-pixie and send me the original model (whatever format it may be)?

Secondly, if I'm so bad at modeling I had to steal that model, how did I post a render of it with no tread or textures? You're assumption places me in an intelligence level that probably has trouble even switching into edit mode in blender, so how would I be capable of selecting and deleting the faces that make up the tread?

You really need to check your facts before making accusations, just because two models look amazingly similar doesn't mean the later one was stolen. Did StratoFortress ever get it in game anyway? Did he get the blank and black25, 50, 75 textures the way I made it? Does he have a finished add-on that I can play with so I don't have to go through the agony of scripting a tank AND trying to cram the truth into your stubborn skull?

I'd really love it if you could answer those questions with as much speed and detail as you can manage.

Thank-you for your time,

Make sure texface is on for the cards, and i think the reflection is the curtain, turn the windows reflection down.
Thank you, it worked.

Can i ask something?

How do you get Textures to show when you render in blender?

when ever i try it doesn't work

Progress:

As for textures, yndaaa, you just add a new material, go to the texture buttons (f6) click texture type choose your texture and it should show up in the render.

And press texface in materials.

Wonderful! I believe that’s made in Blender right? If so, in the hair emitter (grass) scale the plate so that it only shows in the window. Also, add children from faces. And don't forget to select emit from random and even. That makes very nice looking grass.

Also the center object is reflecting the boring plain blue sky. Not the inside of a house (Reflections are interesting things) Also, (If not done already) smooth shading would appear very nice.
That was made with the Bolt Factory script.
Nicely spotted. Its not really the model, but the material that is original. However, it is the only way I can make 'screws'
Runescape?
No, why?

I'm still learning about shading and emitters, the grass was just to try out the hair emitter.  I'll try and understand that shading tutorial today.

How far I am on the tank:

The turret is just for show at the moment, I'll separate it from the model for mounting later.

Your model so far looks great although, there is something I'd like to point out.

That model looks kinda similar to this one I found awhile ago (minus a few details).

I'd suggest looking at this and changing some things otherwise, just keep doing what you've been doing.

That model looks like it came from a set of models ripped from the actual game.

And BTW SketchUp models don't count in proving model theft, I've seen too many topics on these forums where a noob has found a look-alike of someones model in the 3D Warehouse and ran around yelling "ha! i prove you r not model for crap! i give myself cookie x1000 lolololololol!!!!1!!!1!!11!!!!one!!1!"

Yea well in both cases they have said that they did steal it.
