Talk to Rbrown townd (at Tir school) about skills and he'll give you an armor delivery quest
Finish that and you'll get windmill.

Windmill is a skill best trained earlier, or it will be harder. I'm hoping zombies don't stop being bosses to me before I finish

yep

i found 3 cutlasses earlier

then 7 fighter slates, 3 archers and a king

guarding 1 chest.

Wee, rank 5 windmill's radius is huge :D
It's funny, I was in the arena with friends. They were all used to the smaller radius of <5, so they would always walk past me and end up getting into the bigger radius.
