Anyone know if it's compatable with current DS games or if it's just for the camera, sound and the purchasable games that are exclusive to it? I want to get one of these fer my birthday.

It's compatible with all ds games but they took out the GameBoy Slot.

Different counties have different release dates.

What are the advantages of DSI over DS?
If the camera was meant for gaming. I will either not get one, or any of the games that require it.
