The old master server back when Torque was the v12 Engine, "v12master.dyndns.org" no longer exists. You should be able to use the current GarageGames master server by using this command in the console:

Furthermore, the joinServerGui searches for the gametype "Test App" instead of "Sons of Valor", so you don't actually get any results from querying for games.

I've uploaded an edited JSG that works: joinServerGui.gui

Unfortunately you crash when trying to join a server, and I have yet to figure out why.
