Ok.

Also, is a sun that rises and sets ok? It would allow people to know what time wit was, or you could set up a time to raid like "Let's raid Badspot's camp when the sun is about to go down". Or should we just go with no sun?

A setting/rising sun is bad becuase you cant make the actual sun move...

Yes but it could technically be a good thing for time related stuff. I am still trying to figure out how to move the light that is being emitted from the actual sun...

You would do AnimElevation = Yes, and then the Animation keys would be AZ
you might also want to animate the color and brightness, from the color 1.0000 1.0000 1.0000 1.0000 to 1.0000 0.9000 0.0000 1.0000 and then the keys for the brightness and the color would be AZA

Also let players be able to give resources to other players
Economies could start :)

Jumping in cold water should instantly halve your heat level. If you exit quickly, it recovers slightly. (if you stay out for a few seconds, but not if you just keep jumping in and out of the water on the surface)

I might actually be able to make a map that has an animated sun, that will update the map every so often, and I might be able to do that blizzard idea. Yay for scripting! =o

It won't update the map. Lighting is baked into the terrain/interiors as you load the map.

I'm totally shocked that this hasn't failed yet - I guess it just goes to show how ignorant you guys are. :(

You light the map as a final stage before spawning.

And, um, "baked"? With love?

It chugged right along into stuff siding, went straight through and is now chugging right along into an exceptionally deep quarry.

Or you could admit that this might actually be fun.

But maybe it will fail, only time will tell. Not vicious comments.  :cookieMonster:

The crate model is done.  The full crate model has: food, water, wood, ammunition, two lanterns and propane (for the lanterns).

I know that part of the wood is going into the ammo box, but it's fixed in the model.

Tom

So there's and open and closed crate?

That's what Lego wanted. We could have it always be full, but closed when it's empty, or always open, and have stuff appear inside when you store materials in it.

Tom

Well I want a closed one for when you drop resources. (like when you die)
