They wouldn't go that in-depth with a teaser/preview. I'm unsure about another MGS but more likely to be a story based within MGS, like the rat team squad peeps.

But to be honest NEXT is used around Robot's then anything else when it comes to Japanese. Aka Armoured Core NEXT
