Metal Gear Solid 5 has been thought of, but not by Hideo Kojima. I don't remember the guy who said it, but he said something about if it were going to be the 5th in the series, it'd be in the time between MGS1 and MGS2.

But, I think it'll be something with a different story line, but maybe same concept.
