Minecraft Megathread; yeah its update 1.12 big whoop what about it

As long as it doesn't suck.

I sort of customized my own texture pack.  I changed;

• Sun and Moon, more detailed (Mixcraft HD)
• Glass, black borders and less "shine" (Mixcraft HD)
• Creeper, Zombie, Skeleton, Zombie Pigmen, Spiders, all more detailed (Mixcraft HD)
• Paintings, more real looking (Mixcraft HD)
• Wooden Door, bigger window
• Iron Door, has bars like a jail cell.
• "Pumpkin Blur", Crysis 2 based HUD.
• Tamed Wolf, has a more noticeable collar on it seen from the side.
• Iron, Gold, Diamond helmets, all three are just a "crown of thorns" similar to what Jesus wore on the Crucifix.

You'd think I would have seen a single rainfall in the hours I have spent in a rainforest.

Weather is supposed to happen very occasionally, according to Notch. I've only seen it snow once or twice, and rain once. It adds a wilderness feel, and I like it.

There should be a weather mod.
And we need a scarecrow and a mod for us to DO A RAIN DANCE TO MAKE RAIN.
And a weather machine to predict weather or make weather :P

A duel core can handle it without lag, single core's struggle.

i dont lag, unless i have like 100 windows up, and i have a quad core processor :D
