Dodger just got Bukkit mod for his server.

He has a question:

Do I just put the plugin .jars in the plugin folder, and start the game from the batch file within bukkit, and the plugins will automatically launch with the server?

.minecraft folder in Application Data. The App Data folder is hidden by default so you have to get to it by pressing Windows key + R and typing %appdata% and you should be there. If you want to unhide it, right click anywhere inside the folder and click "Customize this folder..." and uncheck hidden.
