All that is left is to build a castle of some kind and add content to make it an adventure map.

I'd like someone to build the castle for me, because I am stuff at castles.
Also, that weird looking structure I added on top of the stone building (which is the church) looks awkward from this angle, but it looks a lot better ingame.

Probably, but the walls were easy.
I can just delete them pretty quickly if needed.

I have to keep deleting chunks off of this world so that the pictures are smaller without having to crop it.
Everytime I delete the chunks I get worried that I'm going to forget stuff up.

Nah, the same terrain generates, but it generates the way it originally was when the world was created.

Don't some isomap generators have an option to crop to selected chunks?

Would look exactly like what you're doing without needing you to delete chunks.
