It probably mined the spawner and chest. I assume you're using industrial craft, go through all your pipes for it.

Unless one of those other mods converted it into poop.

It only mined the ceiling, so it didn't get down to the floor where the Mob Spawner was yet.

The chest was still there, and there was nothing unusual in the Quarry's storage.

An enchanted pickaxe with the abillity "Silk touch" will allow you to get mob spawners and possibly diamond, redstone and coal ore blocks

I tried to make a BatBox that I can use to charge things, and to make it stop instantly refilling itself with energy from my main energy storage I tried to make a switch connected to another BatBox to stop the flow. The only problem is, the version of IndustrialCraft included in Technic doesn't have the feature where redstone current stops energy storage devices from outputting energy.

Ideas?

I enchanted my sword with "hot free animal" (replaced SGA with English font in Pre4), and got Sharpness I and Knockback I. Made fighting Zombie Pigmen so much more fun.
