Nothing much to learn, when you place a repeater the delay is 0. If you click it, it will delay more until it goes back to its original position.

It can be used for delayed signals as well as 15+ blocks transmission.

i hope the modding API helps prevent online abusers. maybe multiplayer then might offer more fun than the dull single player experience.
